How do I favourite a server?
Find a server you like and click the favourite button on its page. Your favourited servers will appear on your profile. We work with Hyvote to bring you a selection of servers to explore.
Can I leave reviews?
Yes! You can leave reviews on player skins and servers to share your thoughts and help others discover great content.
How do I change my Hytale username?
Visit accounts.hytale.com and sign in. Select "Game Profiles", then next to your existing username, click "Change Username" to enter your new name.
How often can I change my Hytale username?
You can change your Hytale username once every 30 days. However, you can change the capitalisation of your username at any time.
When does my old Hytale username become available after I change it?
Hytale has not publicly announced a universal release window for old usernames. If you're considering reverting to a previous name, don't assume it will be immediately available. Check your account portal for current information.
What is a Hytale Account UUID?
A Hytale Account UUID is a permanent unique identifier for your account. Support may request it when assisting with purchases or account issues. You can find your UUID in your account settings. It follows the format: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx.
Are there rules for Hytale usernames?
Yes. Usernames must not contain inappropriate content such as profanity, hate speech, impersonation, or anything that encourages harm. Violations may result in action under the Terms of Service.
